Best full-kitchen options
Elara by Hilton Grand Vacations on the central Strip is my top pick — one and two-bedroom suites with full kitchens, in-unit laundry, and rates from $180 midweek. Signature at MGM Grand is similar in scope, quieter, and connected to MGM by an air-conditioned walkway. Off-Strip, Hilton Grand Vacations on Paradise and Polo Towers both deliver full kitchens under $150. For longer stays, Residence Inn by Marriott near the Convention Center is $130 a night and includes breakfast, which pairs oddly well with your own coffee machine.
Kitchenette lite
If you only need a fridge, microwave and coffee maker, most Strip resorts now offer them on request at no charge — ask when booking. Vdara has proper wet bars with cooktops. Panorama Towers, technically condos rented via Airbnb-style operators, offers the biggest kitchens for the price ($150 to $250 for a one-bedroom with Strip views). Skip Extended Stay America on Flamingo Road — the kitchens are decent but the neighborhood after dark is not.
Good to know
Is there a grocery store on the Strip?+
CVS and Walgreens on Las Vegas Boulevard sell basics. For real groceries, the Whole Foods on Town Center Drive or Trader Joe's in Hughes Center are 10-minute Ubers.
Do kitchenette suites have dishware?+
Elara, Signature and Residence Inn come fully stocked. Some off-Strip condo rentals do not — check the listing.
