Cabanas with real plunge pools

Encore Beach Club cabanas run $1,500-$4,000 depending on day, and the top-tier bungalows have private plunge pools, air conditioning, and a bathroom. Wynn's pool complex is the more civilized cousin — European pool cabanas (topless allowed) come with plunge pools and cost less because there's no DJ. Aria's Liquid Pool has cabanas with private pools but the vibe skews younger. The Cromwell rooftop is small and expensive but delivers actual Strip views from your cabana.

Palms Pool has Sky Villas — full apartments with private pools 40 floors up — that sleep 6 for around $3,500 a night. Not a cabana, but the private-pool logic scales. Resorts World's Crockfords tier includes private cabanas at its pool deck with lake views instead of Strip views, quieter and about half the Encore price.

Suites with private in-room pools

If you want a pool inside your suite, the list is short. Palms Sky Villa 2-bedroom has an outdoor plunge pool on the balcony. The Cosmopolitan's Boulevard Penthouse has a wraparound terrace with a hot tub, not a pool, but the terrace is legitimate. Nobu Villas at Caesars Palace include private pools in the courtyard suites. Wynn Tower Suite Salon Suites don’t include a pool but do get you into the exclusive Tower Suites pool, which is worth more than the room upgrade.

Skip anything advertising "private pool experience" that turns out to be a shared adult pool with a reservation system. Ask for square footage of the pool and whether it's on your terrace or in a shared area — the answers are honest even when the marketing isn’t.

Good to know

When are cabana prices lowest?+

Sunday through Thursday in April and October, when weather is pool-viable but conventions are lighter. Encore Beach Club standard cabanas can drop to $600 midweek.

Do cabana rentals include food and drink credit?+

Yes, most include a food and beverage minimum equal to the cabana price — so a $2,000 cabana comes with $2,000 to spend on drinks and food. It's not a discount, it's a floor.
