The top tier
Zouk at Resorts World is the current king — best sound system in the city, resident DJs including Tiësto and Zedd, cover $50 to $100. XS at Encore remains the highest-grossing club in America, and the summer Night Swim pool parties are legendary. Omnia at Caesars Palace has the best light rig (that kinetic chandelier still works). Marquee at The Cosmopolitan wins for the outdoor terrace with Strip views. LIV at Fontainebleau is the newest big-room contender and pulls hip-hop headliners the others do not.
Lounges, dayclubs and honest downgrades
For lounges over clubs, Delilah at Wynn is the current hot table — supper club setup, live music, reservation-only. Vanderpump à Paris is fine for the photos but do not stay past midnight. Dayclubs: Encore Beach Club and Ayu at Resorts World lead, with covers $40 to $80. Tao Beach reopened with a serious upgrade in 2024. Skip Drai's Beach Club unless you like paying premium for average. Hakkasan at MGM has faded from its 2015 peak — still fine, no longer essential.
Good to know
How do you skip the line at Vegas clubs?+
Book a table (minimums $500 to $5,000 depending on the night), have a hotel host, or get on the club's guest list before 11pm. Girls are usually free or cheap before midnight.
What is the dress code?+
Strict at XS, Omnia and Zouk — no shorts, athletic wear or open-toed shoes for men. Collared shirts safer than t-shirts. Enforcement varies by door.
