For events at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center, book Mandalay Bay, Delano or Four Seasons — all connected. Four Seasons is the quiet play at around $450, with the best in-room work desks in Vegas and no casino noise. Mandalay Bay itself is huge but efficient once you learn the walk. Aria and Vdara are a monorail stop away and both have proper business centers with printing until midnight. Avoid Excalibur and Luxor for real work trips — the rooms are dated and the desks tiny.
