Downtown Las Vegas: Fresh52 and Downtown3rd
Fresh52 runs Sunday mornings at Sansone Park in Summerlin and Tuesdays at Tivoli Village, 9am to 2pm. Prepared food, produce, honey from Boulder City, and the best breakfast burritos ($10) in the valley. The Downtown3rd Farmers Market operates Fridays at 3rd and Ogden downtown, smaller but with 30 vendors and live music.
The Vegas Roots Community Garden hosts a Saturday market on the west side; it is the closest thing Vegas has to a proper farmers scene.
Chinatown and Asian supermarkets
99 Ranch Market on Spring Mountain Road and Greenland Market are massive Asian grocery stores with hot food counters, fish tanks, and $5 boba. The Chinatown Plaza on Spring Mountain (starts at Wynn Road) is the entry point; you can eat your way from ramen to Sichuan hot pot to Vietnamese pho within three blocks.
Reno's riverwalk market
Reno's Riverside Farmers Market runs Saturdays June through September along the Truckee, 8am to 1pm. Sierra Nevada produce, local cheese, and the Great Basin Community Food Co-op operates a permanent store at 240 Court Street with local everything and a hot bar for $10 lunches. Wednesday nights (June-August), Wingfield Park hosts a night market with food trucks and live bands.
Specialty: Ethel M and the Attic
Not markets in the traditional sense but worth mentioning. Ethel M Chocolates in Henderson runs free factory tours and a $5 tasting; the botanical garden lights up for the holidays. The Attic on East Colorado Avenue is a two-story vintage warehouse where the movie industry buys 1960s Vegas ephemera. Cash only, wear closed-toe shoes.

No. Vegas does not have a Pike Place or Reading Terminal equivalent. The best market experience is Fresh52 on Sunday morning or Chinatown on Spring Mountain Road daily.

Most run year-round with reduced hours in summer (too hot) and larger vendor counts October to May.
Can I buy Nevada wine at a market?+
Rare. Nevada has 2 commercial wineries (Pahrump Valley Winery is the main one). Their tasting room 60 minutes west of Vegas is worth a stop if you rent a car.
Where do restaurant chefs shop?+
99 Ranch and Greenland Market for Asian ingredients, Restaurant Depot for wholesale, and Fresh52 for local produce. Chinatown supplies most of the Strip's ethnic kitchens.
